Enlistment comes first before enrollment. Missing this step will lead to paying a deterrent fee during the enrollment period. Enlistment allows the school to determine the courses and the number of sections to open for the coming term.
Each step has a corresponding schedule in the Calendar of Activities. SIS features and buttons are only enabled during the set dates. If you’re a frosh student, you don't have to go through the whole enrollment process. You're in a block section for your first 2 terms. You only need to print your SER during the schedule set for it.
Announcements and enlistment schedules are posted in the Student Information System and sent to Benilde email accounts. Follow these steps to enlist:
- During enlistment, go to the Student Information System and log in to your Infonet account.
- Click Enlistment from the Menu.
- From the Courses Offered list, choose the course that you wish to take and click << to move it under Desired Courses. You can use your flowchart (Menu > Flowchart) as your guide in choosing courses to enlist.
- You can remove a course under Desired Courses by selecting a course and clicking >> to move it back to the Course Offered list.
- The number of courses you add should be within the maximum allowed number of units.
- Once done, click Save.
- Click Email my Enlistment Record to send yourself a copy of your enlistment. The email will also serve as proof that you have enlisted.
- Click Sign out when finished.
You can still change your enlisted courses while the enlistment period is ongoing.
Consult your Academic Adviser for adjustments in your enrolled courses.
Can’t enlist?
Follow these steps if you’re having problems with enlistment:
- If you’re accessing the Student Information System on a mobile device, switch to a laptop or desktop computer for a better viewing experience.
- Check if it’s already the schedule for enlistment; this feature is only available during the specified dates. Changes in enrollment schedule are sent to Bmail, so always check your Inbox for updates.
- Check if you have any pending clearance that you have to clear. Settle fees to the Finance Department and get a copy of your receipt by filling out the Official Receipt (OR) Request form or sending proof of your payment to vc.finance@benilde.edu.ph.
- If you can’t log in to your Infonet account, reset your password or contact Helpdesk if you can no longer remember your recovery email address.
- If you were on LOA or AWOL, go through the process of returning to Benilde. You can start with the enrollment process during the Late Enrollment period if you applied during the late returnee application schedule.
- If you’re an international student, your Visa, ACR, or passport may have expired already, email ro.studentvisa@benilde.edu.ph.
- If you have already exceeded your maximum retention period, email your records associate.
