Need someone to help you with technical issues, assist in using AV equipment, or fix and repair campus facilities? Request on-campus assistance by doing the following:
- Go to the Helpdesk website.
- Click the Chat with Beni button at the bottom right part of the website.
- Choose I need assistance in my classroom/computer lab/office.
- Answer the questions and click Send.
A ticket will be created for you. You can check your email for updates. If Beni is offline (like on weekends), you can also submit a ticket and choose the On-campus Assistance form.
