Are you experiencing technical issues? Send someone to help you by following these steps:
- Go to the Helpdesk website. If you're in a classroom, click the desktop shortcut for Technical Assistance.
- Click the Chat with Beni button at the bottom right part of the website.
- Choose I need assistance in my classroom/computer lab/office
- Answer the questions and click Send.
A ticket will be created for you. Wait for the IT Team to arrive. You can check your email for updates. If Beni is offline (like on weekends), you can also submit a ticket and choose the On-campus Assistance form.
