Set your recovery email address so you can easily reset your password if you forget it. Follow these steps:
Students
- Log in to the Student Information System.
- From the Menu, click Contact Info.
- Type your personal email address in the Email textbox.
- Click Save.
Associates
- Login to HRDB Web.
- From the Menu, click Personal Info.
- Read the Data Privacy Notice and click Acknowledge.
- Click Update Contact Info.
- Choose Email from the Add Contact Info drop-down menu.
- Type your personal email address and click Add.
Ensure that the email address you set is valid and accessible. Do not indicate your Benilde email address. Every time you need to reset your password, the reset link will be sent to this email address.
