Get in touch with the Center for Institutional Helpdesk to get help on any problem or concern you have. Do this by following these steps:
Explore Hub for Info
Go to the Helpdesk website, type a keyword in the search box, and find the answer to your question.
Submit a ticket
Still need help? Submit a ticket by doing the following:
- Click Contact us.
- Fill out the form.
- Click Submit.
You’ll receive a response at the email address you indicated. The Helpdesk team will contact you to assist you with your concerns.
Chat for On-campus Assistance
If you’re having problems in your office or classroom and need immediate on-campus assistance, click the Chat with Beni button at the bottom right part of this page and click I need assistance in my classroom/computer lab/office. Beni can help send someone to assist you with technical issues, help you use AV equipment, check reported issues on facilities, and so much more. When Beni is offline, you can also Submit a Ticket and choose On-campus assistance.
Walk-in: Visit us at Taft Campus
If you’re in school, you can drop by Taft Campus for the Helpdesk walk-in service. You can find us in Room B206 from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Whenever you need help, just go to Helpdesk.
